Overview of the plan
A complete set of software and hardware systems (camera, light source, acquisition card, image processor) has been developed to meet the high reliability requirements, strict usage conditions, and high-speed imaging needs of railways. The system uses self-developed fiber optic cameras, specialized railway light sources, and patents such as electric adjustment lenses to achieve remote maintenance. It has extremely high reliability and maintenance convenience, and can be interconnected with existing TFDS systems, TVDS systems, and TEDS systems through interfaces without the need to switch software platforms. Railway vehicle fault inspection technology has shifted from manual inspection and repair to machine inspection and repair, and the maintenance quality of railway vehicles has shifted from manual control to machine control, achieving high-quality railway operation monitoring.
