Overview of the plan
The Gude Vision Control Vision System is widely used throughout the entire process of lithium battery production. In the raw materials, it meets the testing requirements for membranes, aluminum films, and copper aluminum foils; In the first stage of the process, pre coating detection, primer detection, coating detection, and laser cutting detection are performed on the polarizers; In the middle stage of the process, surface inspection of slicing, inspection of battery electrodes, visual inspection quality inspection of the cutting and stacking machine, and appearance inspection of finished battery cells are carried out.
Defects detected: pinholes, punctures, missed coatings, missed sprays, black spots, foreign objects, broken edges, wrinkles, and other defects.
