On May 27-28, 2025, the annual meeting and 25th anniversary celebration of the Sichuan-Chongqing Flexible Packaging Association was grandly held at the InterContinental Chengdu Heilongtan Resort.

The theme of this annual meeting is "Uniting to Overcome Difficulties and Innovate Intelligently for the Future". General Manager of GVM: Xue Xianghui

At this annual meeting, Xue Xianghui, General Manager of GVM, shared his insights on the company's technical accumulation over more than two decades in the field of quality inspection systems. He highlighted the company's fully self-developed core technology system: the independently developed high-performance host and industrial camera, equipped with a professional light source system featuring optical patent design, and complemented by a UI software system with full independent intellectual property rights, forming a full-chain technology closed loop from hardware to software.

He particularly emphasized that this self-developed system has achieved a breakthrough in detection accuracy to the level of 0.01mm through algorithm optimization and hardware collaborative design. It has undergone industrial verification in scenarios such as soft-packaging roll material defect recognition and high-speed rail 5C inspection, providing a feasible domestic technology solution for intelligent quality inspection in the industry.

Our printing quality inspection system is equipped with a fiber-optic interface industrial camera, which utilizes the physical characteristics of fiber-optic transmission to achieve excellent anti-interference performance. It can operate stably in strong electromagnetic environments, with signal transmission almost unaffected by electromagnetic interference. The system supports lossless transmission over an ultra-long distance of 1000 meters between the camera and the host, breaking through the distance limitations of traditional cable transmission. It is particularly suitable for scenarios such as long-distance layout of printing production lines and multi-station distributed detection, providing a flexible and efficient quality inspection solution for large printing enterprises.

Our company's fully self-developed UI software adopts a modular design with nine major functional partitions, achieving efficient human-computer interaction through scientific interface layout. The specific functional partitions are as follows:

Status monitoring area: Real-time monitoring of equipment operating status and connection status with the detection system, with immediate early warning of abnormal information;

Real-time image area: presents the current detection scene in high definition, supports multi-view switching and local zoom-in viewing;

Real-time defect image browsing area: Synchronously annotate defect locations and types, and support historical defect image traceability and comparison;

Eagle Eye and Image Comparison Area: Provides a function for comparing the global detection field of view with standard images, enabling rapid localization of abnormal areas;

Status information display area: centrally displays key data such as defect quantity and defect area;

Statistical information display area: Visualize statistical results such as defect quantity and pass rate in the form of charts;

Detection accuracy control area: Supports customizable accuracy parameter adjustment to accommodate different materials and detection scenarios;

Defect map and function expansion area: Mark the location of defects through a visual map;

Machine control area: Integrates operation functions such as equipment start/stop and parameter saving, supporting one-click control.

The nine major areas adhere to the design principle of "centralized functionality and clear logic". The interface layout aligns with industrial operating habits, allowing operators to quickly grasp observation, adjustment, and other operations without requiring complex training, thereby significantly enhancing quality inspection efficiency and control experience.
