Upholding the core philosophy of "No tiny defect escapes detection", we have created a full-stack, in-house developed film quality inspection solution, delivering full-process automatic quality inspection services for optical films, adhesive films, packaging films, PI films and various other products.

The system adopts self-developed fiber-optic line scan cameras equipped with RGB true-color CMOS sensors. 10Gbps fiber transmission realizes zero-latency data transfer. Matched with imported LED light sources driven by full series high-voltage circuit, the light sources feature stable and long-lasting brightness with a service life exceeding 100,000 hours.

The exclusive GoodFilm software embedded with AI algorithms can accurately identify over 20 kinds of defects such as missing coating, scratches and crystal points. It reaches an imaging precision of 0.05–0.15 mm per pixel, and supports dual-station double-side inspection and split inspection, effectively preventing missed detection and false detection.

The only full-stack, in-house developed solution in China, this system delivers outstanding performance. It supports a maximum inspection speed of 1800 meters per minute and a maximum web width of 10 meters, and allows synchronous image capturing and inspection by up to 24 cameras. It is perfectly compatible with coating machines, film blowers, cast film machines, film laminating machines and a complete range of production equipment.

In addition, it enables 7×24 non-stop real-time inspection, automatic audible and visual alarm, defect positioning and traceability, as well as MES system interconnection. It provides enterprises with efficient, precise and intelligent full-process quality control, and fuels the development of industrial automation and intelligence.
