It is primarily installed on web-fed printing platforms such as gravure presses, flexo presses, slitting machines, rewinding machines, and inkjet printers. Targeting materials like plastic packaging rolls, cigarette packs, and tipping paper, it can perform real-time quality inspection on printed products and raw materials, reducing raw material waste and the outflow of waste products, thereby enhancing the quality management level and profitability of printing enterprises.

working principle
The online quality inspection system utilizes a high-speed industrial line scanning camera to capture printed product images in real-time and individually onto the system's industrial computer. The system's detection software compares these images with pre-set "good product templates" in the system, according to the specified detection sensitivity requirements, to identify any differences in real-time and locate images of defects with quality issues. When the system detects a defect, it stores and records the defect's location, type, and parameters, and issues audible and visual alarms, display reminders, and performs other operations
It can detect various defects and foreign objects in real-time and with 100% full-format coverage.
It can provide real-time alerts for continuous defects, reminding workers to address issues promptly and reduce material waste, such as continuous ink splashes, knife lines, color differences, and misregistration.
For random defects such as short knife lines and mosquitoes that workers cannot handle, red lights flashing or alarm bells ringing (which may not ring) can be provided to prevent them from entering the customer's hands and causing complaints.
For the completed material rolls, a detailed defect report (including information such as defect images, location, area size, and contrast) and a defect statistical chart can be provided, truly achieving product quality control.
